Manage Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your RunClaw plan and billing.

RunClaw uses Stripe for billing. You can manage your subscription directly from the dashboard.

Plans

PlanPriceAgentsKey features
Free$0/mo1Basic monitoring, 1-hour metrics window
Solo$9/moUp to 324-hour metrics, live logs, snapshots, resize
Pro$15/moUp to 107-day metrics, log search, security alerts
Power$25/moUnlimited30-day metrics, priority support

All plans include the core features: automated provisioning, dashboard, sidecar management, one-click updates, and the access gate.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Go to your RunClaw dashboard
  2. Click your profile icon (top-right)
  3. Go to Billing
  4. Select your new plan and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll get prorated billing for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade your plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.

If you're downgrading to a plan with fewer agents than you currently have, you'll need to delete servers until you're within the new limit before the downgrade applies.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. When you cancel:

  • Your RunClaw management features stop at the end of the billing period
  • Your servers keep running on your Hetzner account
  • Your agents continue to work — you just lose the dashboard, monitoring, and remote management
  • You can still manage servers directly via SSH and the Hetzner Cloud Console

You're never locked in. Since servers live in your Hetzner account, canceling RunClaw doesn't affect your running agents. You can always re-subscribe later to get management features back.

Hetzner billing

Hetzner charges are completely separate from RunClaw. Hetzner bills you directly for each server in your account. You manage Hetzner billing through the Hetzner Cloud Console.

To stop Hetzner charges, delete the server from your RunClaw dashboard (or directly from Hetzner Cloud Console).
